CANCELLATION POLICY
Please plan to arrive on time so we can give your service the full care and attention it deserves. Your appointment time is your start time. If you are not in the chair at your scheduled time and I have not heard from you, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, will need to be rescheduled, and may be subject to a no-show/late cancellation fee. If you are running late, please send a quick message. Communication goes a long way. Due to a tight, back-to-back schedule, if you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will likely need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the rest of the day. Consistent lateness may require prepayment for future appointments. A booking form is required for all appointments. Appointments are only accepted once the form has been completed. These policies are in place to respect your time, my time, and every client scheduled throughout the day.
